For many years America has had a trade deficit. During this time many people and organizations have tried to change this trend, with little success. We can’t seem to convince our president or our legislators that limiting imports is necessary.
The only recourse we have is to take this matter into our own hands. The next time each of us has to make a purchase of any kind take the time to read the label. If it says, “Made in the U.S.A.,” buy it. If it doesn’t, don’t. I am doing my share but I need your help. Just think of how a little forethought on our part could improve our nation’s economy.
