AMHC plans clinic on attention deficit

PRESQUE ISLE — Aroostook Mental Health Center has announced a new test to determine if children suffer from attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. Clinic teams are able to do the evaluations at home, school or the clinic.

The clinic is at the Presque Isle Outpatient Office, 1 Edgemont Drive, and is available to all Aroostook residents.

ADHD affects children and adults, who lack ability to stay focused, act impulsively, are restless, and find following rules and completing tasks difficult. For information, call the clinic at 764-3319.
