THOMASTON — Team leadership will be the topic of the Sunrise Seminar to be held Thursday, March 15, at the Chuck Wagon Restaurant.
One of three breakfast meetings, this session will offer a new perspective on management and team problem-solving techniques. Kevin Drumm, associate director of distance education at the University of Maine at Augusta, will focus on leadership, team building, and ways to develop cooperation and commitment from staff.
Additional seminars include goal-setting, with Hank Lunn on Thursday, March 29, and motivating employees to work harder and better, with Milt Simon on Thursday, April 12.
Each Sunrise Seminar meets from 7:30 to 9 a.m. The series is sponsored cooperatively by the Rockland Chamber of Commerce, the Rockport-Camden-Lincolnville Chamber of Commerce and the Thomaston Center of the University of Maine at Augusta.
