Michael Murphy, 29, Linkview Motel, Orono, was arrested in Orono on a warrant charging failure to appear in District Court on a charge of operating a motor vehicle while his license was suspended. He was scheduled to appear in 3rd District Court on March 29.

Diane Nagle, 22, Box 1240 Riverside, Old Town, was arrested Saturday in Orono and charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor. She was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail and was scheduled to appear in 3rd District Court on April 9.

George Nason, 26, Russell Hill Road, Bucksport, was arrested in Bangor early Monday morning and charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor. He was taken to Penobscot County Jail and was scheduled to appear in 3rd District Court on April 3.

A man who police have not identified was arrested in Bangor early Monday morning and charged with forgery, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor, and operating a motor vehicle after his license was suspended.

Police reported that the man identified himself as Clarence Robinson, 22, of Norfolk, Va. Police later found an identification card that stated he was Clarence Brock, 19. He was taken to Penobscot County Jail and was scheduled to appear in 3rd District Court on April 23.

A resident of Finson Road in Bangor was arrested by Bangor police after he allegedly threatened a man with a rifle. Police reported that Mark Goodin, 28, 555 Finson Road, was charged with criminal threatening. Goodin and the other man reportedly got into an argument after they got their truck stuck while “four-wheeling” at Strout’s Pit. Goodin was taken to Penobscot County Jail.
