ORONO — A seminar designed for artists, painters and others working in fine art and crafts will be held Saturday, March 31, at the University of Maine. “How Artists and Craft Entrepreneurs Can Sell and Market Their Artwork with Promotion and Agents” will be conducted by Allan E. Tower.

A professional portrait painter, Tower advises artists about sales and marketing and conducts workshops through the University of Maine at Augusta and Orono. He will discuss how agents can help the artisan locate clients, promotion and public relations concepts, sales, direct mail, and cooperative advertising at the seminar.
