A show, dance and roast honoring disc jockey Bob Duschene of Q106.5 radio will be held from 1 to 5 p.m. Sunday, March 25, at the Ramada Inn on Odlin Road, Bangor. The event is sponsored by the Country Music Jamboree of Maine.

Roast master will be Al Dunton. Entertainment will be provided by West Wind, the Pratts, Carl Anton, Janet Akerson, Betty Mae Rollins, ‘Roostook Al and others.

The Country Music Jamboree of Maine is a non-profit corporation dedicated to the promotion of country music in its various forms and of Maine talent. A “roast” is a way of thanking Duschene for the contribution he has made to country music in Maine.

Admission to the show, dance and roast is $6. A restaurant and lounge are on the premises.
