LIMESTONE — Eight contestants from Limestone High School will compete for the title Miss Limestone at 7 p.m. Friday, March 30, at the high school auditorium. The pageant is sponsored by Xi Alpha Theta Soroity of Limestone and by Upsilon Sorority of Loring Air Force Base, chapters of Beta Sigma Phi. Admission will be charged.

Participants have been named as follows:

Sonia Maldonado, 17, the daughter of Victor and Ramona Maldonado, will perform a dance routine. County Floral is her sponsor.

Shelly Chatman, 18, the daughter of Joyce and Edward Day, will twirl the baton and do a dance routine. Page Oil Co. is her sponsor.

Jennifer Wells, 18, the daughter of Melvin and Jacqueline Wells, will present a monologue. Thompson Value Mart is her sponsor.

Kimberly Ann Schultz, 17, the daughter of Bruce and Betty Schultz, will sing. Limestone Rotary Club is her sponsor.

Josette Huntress, 17, the daughter of Coyle P. and Joanne C. Huntress, will play a piano solo. Wolfe Construction Co. is her sponsor.

Kerry Klosiewski, 17, the daughter of Francis and Veronica Klosiewski, will recite her own poetry. The Haines Insurance Agency is her sponsor.

Juliette Parker 17, the daughter of John and Juliana Parker, will perform a dance routine. Her sponsor is the Limestone IGA Foodliner.

Kim Redigan, 18, the daughter of Al and Lorraine Fritts, will play the guitar. Gervais Sound Center is her sponsor.
