ELLSWORTH — Twenty-eight head nurses, supervisors and nurse managers from three Hancock County hospitals completed an in-depth management training program recently. Sponsored by the Tri-Hospital Educational Forum and hosted by Maine Coast Memorial Hospital, funding was made possible by a grant from the Katahdin Area Health Education Center.

ELLSWORTH — Twenty-eight head nurses, supervisors and nurse managers from three Hancock County hospitals completed an in-depth management training program recently. Sponsored by the Tri-Hospital Educational Forum and hosted by Maine Coast Memorial Hospital, funding was made possible by a grant from the Katahdin Area Health Education Center. KAHEC has been working with the Mount Desert Island, Blue Hill and Maine Coast Memorial Hospitals since 1989 in an effort to address the continuing educational needs of the hospitals’ professionals.
