Willie Dunton, 28, of 2125 Union St., Bangor, was arrested in Bangor and charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor and being a habitual offender. He was taken to Penobscot County Jail and was scheduled to appear in 3rd District Court on April 30.
Kenneth Flagg, 37, of 241 Center St., Bangor, was arrested in Bangor and charged with criminal trespass after he allegedly refused to leave a 7-11 store. He was taken to Penobscot County Jail and was scheduled to appear in 3rd District Court on April 30.
A Bangor man was arrested Wednesday night after he allegedly called the Bangor police station and threatened to kill his girlfriend. Police reported that Mark Fye, 24, of 801 Sunset Ave., was charged with criminal threatening after police located him at his apartment. His girlfriend was not home when the threats were made. Fye was taken to Penobscot County Jail and was scheduled to appear in 3rd District Court on April 24.
Terry Hawkes, 40, of 47 Fort Knox Ave., Bangor, was summoned by Bangor police after she allegedly stole three packs of cigarettes and vitamins from Doug’s Shop’n Save on Broadway. Hawkes was charged with theft and was scheduled to appear in 3rd District Court on April 24.
Christopher Mulins, 22, of 416 Hammond St., Bangor was summoned by Bangor police and charged with assault and criminal mischief. He was scheduled to appear in 3rd District Court on April 30.
Richard Rokes, 24, Bangor, was arrested in Bangor and charged with phone harassment and tampering with a witness. Police allege that Rokes made harassing phone calls to a man’s home and threatened to injure the man who was reportedly scheduled to testify against Rokes in District Court. He was taken to Penobscot County Jail and was scheduled to appear in 3rd District Court on April 30.
Jetel Uls, 19, of 143 Broadway, Bangor, was arrested at Doug’s Shop’n Save on Broadway in Bangor. Uls was charged with theft after she allegedly stole items from the store. Police reported that after her arrest Uls admitted that other items she had with her were stolen from various stores in the city. The alleged stolen items in her possession were: a knife, strainer, spatula, shoelaces, bookbag, a woman’s jumpsuit, a T-shirt, juice, chutney, cassette tapes and pens. Uls was taken to Penobscot County Jail and was scheduled to appear in 3rd District court on April 27.
Stephen Allen, 41, Bangor, was arrested in Bangor and charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor. He was taken to Penobscot County Jail and was scheduled to appear in 3rd District Court on April 30.
Eugene S. Cox, 18, who is currently residing at the Penobscot County Jail, was summoned for theft after he allegedly stole a video-cassette recorder and a compact-disc player from his mother’s home.
Sondra M. Spencer, 55, of 1555 Essex St., Bangor, was summoned by Bangor police and charged with theft after she allegedly stole two packs of cigarettes from Doug’s Shop’n Save on Broadway.
