Shane Bracy, 18, RFD 1, Box 2750, Levant, was arrested in Bangor and charged with illegal attachment of registration plates. He was taken to Penobscot County Jail and was scheduled to appear in 3rd District Court on May 4.

Herschel Gillen, 38, 378 Hammnd St., Bangor, was arrested in Bangor and charged with assault after he allegedly pushed his girlfriend into a wall and threatened to kill her. He was taken to Penobscot County Jail and was scheduled to appear in 3rd District Court on May 8.

Terri Gordon, 25, 193 Silk St., Brewer, was arrested in Bangor aand charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor. She was taken to Penobscot County Jail and was scheduled to appear in 3rd District Court on May 14.

Arthur Lahaye, 38, 86 Davis Road, was arrested in Bangor and charged with theft by unauthorized taking after he allegedly stole a carton of cigarettes from the Big Apple store on State Street. He was taken to Penobscot County Jail.

David MacLeod, 21, RFD 1, Box 1329, Brewer, was arrested in Bangor and charged with reckless conduct. He was taken to Penobscot County Jail and was scheduled to appear in 3rd District Court on May 1.

Michael Rogan, 18, 93 New York St., Bangor, was arrested in Bangor and charged with assault and disorderly conduct. He was taken to Penobscot County Jail and was scheduled to appear in 3rd District Court on May 21.

William St. John, 21, 19B Pine St., Orono, was arrested in Bangor and charged with theft by unauthorized taking and theft. He was taken to Penobscot County Jail and was scheduled to appear in 3rd District Court on May 8.

Gregory Sutherland, 22, 239 Pearl St., Bangor, was arrested in Bangor and charged with being a habitual offender and failure to give his correct name to a police officer. He was taken to Penobscot County Jail and was scheduled to appear in 3rd District Court on May 14.

Jeremy Wood, 19, 50 Pine St., Orono, was summoned by Bangor police and charged with theft and theft of services. He was scheduled to appear in 3rd District Court on May 8.

Robert Taylor, 22, 49 Hemlock St., Bangor, was summoned by Bangor police and charged with possession of marijuana.

Arnold Thompson, 21, 88 Summer St., Bangor, was arrested in Bangor on a warrant charging failure to appear in District Court on a theft charge. He was taken to Penobscot County Jail and was scheduled to appear in 3rd District Court on May 1.

Donna Jean Welch, 25, 138 East Main St., Dover-Foxcroft, was arrested by Bangor police and charged with assault after a fight on Sidney Street. She was taken to Penobscot County Jail and was scheduled to appear in 3rd District Court on May 14.

Michael Whitman, 30, 174 Main St., Apt. 424, Bangor, was summoned by Bangor police and charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor. Police summoned Whitman after he drove his truck off the road on Church Road. Police reported that Whitman lost control of the truck on a corner and drove into a group of trees. Whitman suffered cuts to the face. His 1990 Toyota pickup truck received $20,000 damage, according to police reports. The accident occurred at 12:45 a.m. Saturday.

A Hudson resident reported that his car was burglarized while it was parked at Pilots Grill restaurant Saturday. Police reported that the car doors were locked and there was not sign of forced entry. About $600 worth of tools were stolen.

A 10-speed bicycle was reported stolen from a French Street residence in Bangor Saturday morning. The bike was valued at $200.
