SKOWHEGAN — The following cases were heard in Somerset County Superior Court, Skowhegan before Justice Morton Brody Tuesday, April 24, to Thursday, April 26.

Dalmon Landry, 36, Fairfield, criminal threatening with use of a dangerous weapon, five years to Department of Corrections, all but 30 months suspended, four years probation; tampering with witness or informant, 30 months in jail concurrent; possession of firearm by felon, one year concurrent.

Larry Dickey, 49, Waterville, unlawful sexual contact, three years to Department of Correction, all but 60 days suspended.

Jeffrey Hunter, 34, Fairfield, terrorizing with use of a dangerous weapon, five years to Department of Corrections, all but six months suspended, four years probation; carrying concealed weapon, 90 days in jail concurrent.

Charles Mitchell, 33, Pittsfield, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor, three days in jail, $400, 90-day license suspension.

Keith Murray, 40, Skowhegan, violation of order for protection from abuse, 45 days in jail.

Russell Booker, 22, Starks, unauthorized use of property, six months in jail, all but 10 days suspended, one year probation, $2,000 restitution.

Shawn Sours, 23, Anson, criminal trespass, failure to control or report dangerous fire, 10 days in jail, $456 restitution.

Craig Wacome, 38, Hartsville, Tenn., operating a motor vehicle after suspension, $200.
