ROCKLAND — The Fitness Connection, 479 Main St., in conjunction with Kenn Gugel, owner of Boot Camp Fitness and Training Center located in Atlanta, will be host to an Aerobic Master Class Jam to help in an effort to raise $25,000 for the City of Hope National Pilot Medical Center and Beckman Research Institute located near Los Angeles, Calif.

This high-energy class will be a 75-minute workout incorporating many of the latest trends in fitness training to date and will be held from 9 to 10:15 a.m. Saturday, June 9. The class is open to the public with a $10 donation to the City of Hope.

Space is limited and preregistration is recommended. For more information, call Ellen Joseph at 594-2940.
