ROCKPORT — Mary Buxton has been named tennis pro at the Samoset Resort. Buxton currently is boys tennis coach at Rockland District High School and an occupational therapist at the Kno-Wal-Lin in Rockland. She will continue with both of these positions while at the Samoset Resort.

Buxton has more than 15 years of experience as a teaching professional. She will teach private tennis lessons, clinics and tournaments for the Samoset.
