AUGUSTA — The Third Annual Women Business Owners Conference will be held Oct. 17 at the Augusta Business Center in the Civic Center Main Auditorium with the theme, “Access to Credit.”

Two scholarships will be available to qualifying businesses, according to organizers.

Attendance at the conference may approach 350 and 60 booths will be available for exhibitors. Deadline for application is Aug. 17 and early response is encouraged by organizers.

WBOC focuses on training and networking for women in the start-up and expansion phases of business. Women may find information and answers to specific questions more easily at such a show than by other means.
