A resident of Autumn Street filed a follow-up report with Bangor police Friday. Sometime between 6 and 6:30 p.m. July 11, unknown juvenilles threw rocks at his 1986 Honda and caused $541.21 damage.

Bangor police issued summons to Ricardo Burgos, 19, and Jennie Ortiz, 22, charging them with theft. Police allege the pair rented a truck, drove down to the abandoned rail yard on the riverfront and started loading steel reinforcements. At the time they were stopped, the truck contained $50 worth of material. According to the police report, the plan was to sell the metal for scrap.

Bangor police arrested Ronald Holmes, 24, 112 1/2 Fourth St., at 3:30 p.m. Friday and charged him with domestic assault.

A purse reported stolen by a Holden woman was found Friday afternoon floating in Eddington Pond by a fisherman. Maine State Trooper Barry Curtis said that Friday morning a Clark Hill Road woman reported that her purse, containing a small amount of cash and car keys, had been taken from her home sometime during the night.

Curtis said that a man fishing in the pond by the Rooks Road had found the purse and its contents dispersed on the water. The value of the contents was not known, Curtis said.
