PITTSFIELD — “Sebasticook Valley Hospital is formally initiating a memorial giving program,” says Ann Morrison, administrator. “The capital campaign has generated an interest in designating SVH as the recipient of memorial gifts.”

To better meet the community’s demand for expanded services and programs, the hospital is hoping that the memorial gift program will eventually generate a portion of the funding.

Permanent recognition will be provided for any person memorialized by friends and family. A plaque located in the main lobby will list the names of the individuals remembered.

Informational literature about memorial giving to SVH is available at the hospital as well as all local funeral homes. Those interested in the program may call Becky Hunt, Development Coordinator at 487-5141, ext.50.
