CARIBOU — The Linc Stackpole Manager of the Year Award for 1990 was presented to Terrence “Terry” St. Peter, Caribou city manager, by the Maine Town and City Management Association at Orono last week.

The presentation was made by Boothbay Harbor Town Manager Malcolm Hunter, chairman of the association at a New England Management Institute.

The association selects one manager each year to receive the award.

Among those attending the ceremony were St. Peter’s wife and children and members of the Caribou City Council, department officials and employees.
