Todd Dulac, 19, Sebago, was arrested by Bangor police Wednesday night after his motorcycle caught on fire on Mount Hope Avenue.

Dulac and a female companion reportedly were riding a motorcycle and stopped on the side of the road. Dulac said that when he tried to restart the motorcycle it caught on fire.

Witnesses said Dulac and the woman ran into the woods. Police searched the area and Czar, a Bangor police dog, was brought to the scene. Czar tracked the couple into the woods where police found them lying on the ground.

Dulac was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor and operating a motorcycle without a license. He was taken to Penobscot County Jail and was scheduled to appear in 3rd District Court on Oct. 2.

Emanuel Gomez, 24, 289 1/2 Ohio St., Bangor, was arrested in Bangor and charged with theft by unauthorized taking. He was taken to Penobscot County Jail and was scheduled to appear in 3rd District Court on Oct. 22.

Craig Hinson, 27, 3 Hudson Road, Bangor, was summoned by Bangor police and charged with criminal mischief after he allegedly broke a window on Hudson Road. Damage to the window was estimated at $375.

Craig Peavey, 18, 18 Somerset Ave., Bangor, was summoned by Bangor police and charged with theft by unauthorized taking after he allegedly stole a pair of pants from Rich’s Department Store. He was scheduled to appear in 3rd District Court on Oct. 2.

James Peterson, 44, 130 Center St., Bangor, was arrested in Bangor at 6 a.m. Thursday morning and charged with disorderly conduct after police received complaints that he was being loud and disorderly at his home. He was taken to Penobscot County Jail and was scheduled to appear in 3rd District Court on Oct. 22.

Daniel J. Farren, 21, Bucksport, was summoned by Hampden police and charged with operating a motor vehicle while his license was suspended. He was scheduled to appear in 3rd District Court on Oct. 5.

Henry Jenkins, 31, Levant, was arrested in Bangor and charged with criminal trespass. He was taken to Penobscot County Jail and was scheduled to appear in 3rd District Court on Oct. 12.

Lorraine Miller, 34, 28 Chamberlain St., Bangor, was arrested in Bangor and charged with theft by unauthorized taking after she allegedly stole $44 worth of items from Doug’s Shop ‘n Save on Union Street in Bangor. She was taken to Penobscot County Jail and was scheduled to appear in 3rd District Court on Oct. 2.

Richard Ouellette, 36, The Pines, Bangor, was arrested in Bangor on a warrant charging failure to appear in District Court on a charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor.

John Pillsbury Sr., 40, Lot 47, Rainbow Trailer Park, Bangor, was summoned by Bangor police and charged with assault. He was scheduled to appear in 3rd District Court on Oct. 2.

Jerry Howard, 19, 42 Hill St., Orono, was arrested by Bangor police and charged with theft after he allegedly stole two pairs of sneakers valued at $93.98 from Rich’s Department Store in Bangor. He was scheduled to appear in 3rd District Court on Oct. 5.

Ricky Vanhoy, 26, Bangor, was arrested at the College Inn in Bangor and charged with criminal mischief and criminal trespass. He was taken to Penobscot County Jail and was scheduled to appear in 3rd District Court on Oct. 22.
