MADAWASKA – Cindy Sirois scored two goals to lead the Madawaska Owls past the Wisdom Pioneers of St. Agatha 3-0 in schoolgirl soccer here Thursday.

Brenda Hebert also scored a goal for the 7-2 Owls and Lisa Landry and Debbie Jandreau each had an assist.

Goalie Jill Dube made 1 save on 4 shots at goal.

For the Pioneers, now 4-8-1, Tina Bourgoin stopped 14 of 35 shots at goal.

SAHS 2, Easton 1

At Dyer Brook, Holly McGraw scored an unassisted goal with 1:30 left in the first half and assisted a goal in the second half to help lead the Warriors to victory.

Jessica Walker scored from McGraw 1 minute into the second half for the 3-3 Warriors. Goalie Donna Grass made 25 saves on 26 shots on goal.

For the Bears, now 5-6, Deedra Ireland scored a goal and goalie Patti Driscoll stopped 17 of 19 shots on goal.

Limestone 8, Hodgdon 1

At Limestone, Tracy Parker scored 4 goals and assisted on 2 others as the Eagles beat the Hawks decisively.

Kim Bryson added 2 goals and 2 assists for the 3-7 Eagles and Rachel Sharts and Erika Small had a goal and 2 assists apiece. Goalie Sonia Sager made 16 saves on 26 shots at goal.

For the 3-8 Hawks, Cindy Merritt scored a goal from Leeanne Nesbitt and goalie Vicki Larson made 28 saves on 40 shots at goal.

Lee Acad. 6, Greenville 1

At Greenville, Jamie Worster scored 4 goals and assisted another, leading the Pandas to victory.

Chris Torillon added a goal and 2 assists and Charlotte Cormier scored on a penalty kick for the 5-0 Pandas. Goalie Karyn Spinney saved 10 of 17 shots at goal.

For the Lakers, 2-2, Tracy Harmon scored from Angela Conger and goalie Nicole Pelletier made 11 saves on 24 shots at goal.

Ft. Fairfield 0, Washburn 0 (OT)

At Washburn Wednesday, Fort and the Beavers failed to score in regulation and a couple of overtimes. Fort Fairfield is 4-6-1 and Washburn 5-4-2.

In goal for Fort, Stacy Cyr had 6 saves on 11 shots. Washburn’s Amy Lavway posted 6 saves on 7 shots.
