The Bangor-Brewer YWCA will hold its “Super Sunday” from noon to 4 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 16 with free swimming in the Means and Aloupis pools, children’s activities in the gym, and aerobic exercise demonstrations.

The children’s activities will be from noon to 2 p.m.; the aerobic demonstrations from 1 to 2 p.m. Demonstrations on the workout room fitness equipment will be demonstrated, and there will be a chance to observe and participate in a youth jazz dance class and youth karate class.

Free blood pressure readings will be done by Linda Morneault, health promotions director, from 1 to 2 p.m.

Baby-sitting services will be provided for as long as one hour for parents visiting, and there will be an assortment of food and drinks.
