DOMENIC RESTUCCIA has been appointed senior vice president and chief financial officer at Maine Savings Bank and The One Bancorp. Restuccia, who lives in Cumberland, joined the financial institution in 1982. A certified public accountant, he holds a master’s degree in business administration from Boston University.
DONALD McELHINNEY has been named to head the newly formed municipal engineering services department at Sebago Technics Inc., a civil engineering firm with offices in Bangor and Westbrook. McElhinney is a 20-year veteran of environmental project engineering for water and waste-water treatment facilities.
PETER REILLY has been appointed executive vice president of the First National Bank of Bar Harbor. Formerly the bank’s senior vice president in charge of branch administration, Reilly holds a master’s degree in business administraiton from Monmouth College. He lives in Bar Harbor with his wife and three children.
BETTY LOU MITCHELL has been chosen by New England Telephone Co. as director of operations in northern Maine in the customer services department. A resident of Etna, Mitchell has worked at NET for 33 years. Most recently, she held a corporate staff position in Boston, where she analyzed customer service needs.
ROBERT B. BLAKELY has been selected by Georgia-Pacific Corp. as manager of profit planning and capital budgets at the company’s office in Portland. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Husson College. He joined G-P in 1972, and most recently served as plant accountant for the Millinocket mill.
MICHAEL J. WEBER has joined Key Trust Co. of Maine and will serve the banking company as vice president and senior investment officer. A resident of Portland, Weber previously was employed as senior investment officer at Casco Northern Bank. Weber holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia.
