The Maine State Chapter, March of Dimes will hold a Baby Expo, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 30, at the Bangor Civic Center. Various events, including a “baby crawl,” will be held.

Prizes will be given to the fastest babies from 7 to 9 months and from 9 to 12 months old. Registration may be done during the expo at the center, said Chris Olsen, area MD director.

The event is cosponsored by the March of Dimes, FADE (Fetal Alcohol and Drug Effects) and WLBZ-TV. Door prizes will be given during the day and a baby quilt will be among the items available.
