Week three, “Be Kind to Your Heart” on Nov. 7, is aimed at teaching children the important role the heart plays in building healthy fitness levels.
Week four, “Exercise the Right Choice” on Nov. 14, addresses the dangers of substance abuse and the importance of healthy alternatives.
Week five, “Family Fitness” on Nov. 21, offers the entire family a chance to get involved in fun and fitness activities.
The last session, “Launching Fitness into the Future” on Nov. 28, projects fitness as a continuing goal. Participants will establish individual long-term goals.
