The following small claims cases were decided in 4th District Court in Machias for the period ending Nov. 16:

Fleet Bank of Maine, Bangor, vs. the following defendants:

Bradley M. Woodward, Beals. Woodward ordered to pay $1,005 and $35 court costs.

Leearnal Lamson, Jonesport. Lamson ordered to pay $1,273 and $35 court costs.

Rebecca R. Alley and Noyes E. Hatt, both of Beals. Alley and Hatt ordered to pay $171 and $35 court costs.

Robert W. Clossey Jr., Dennysville. Clossey ordered to pay $1,060 and $35 court costs.

Wayne Ingalls of Machias vs. the following defendants:

Paul Muise, Roque Bluffs. Muise ordered to pay $175 and $35 court costs.

Anita Mathews, Roque Bluffs. Mathews ordered to pay $175 and $35 court costs.

Parties have 10 days from date of judgment to appeal the decision of the court.
