PRESQUE ISLE – Every University of Maine-Presque Isle player that scored in Friday night’s game against Castleton State College here also scored in double figures leading the host Owls to an 89-74 men’s basketball win.
John Gosselin led the barrage of six double figure scorers with a game-high 21. John Stillwagon added 15 points while Richard Drummond, Brian Charette, and Terry Cummings added 14 points apiece. Shawn Manter had 11. The Owls moved to 7-4 with the win.
For Castleton (Vt.) State, 2-7, Dean Pinto had 20 while Cory Anderson posted 19.
