WATERVILLE – Lauren Schlesinger scored the game-winning goal early in the second period to give Yale University of New Haven, Conn., a 2-1 women’s ice hockey win over host Colby College here at Alfond Arena Friday.

Katie O’Sullivan scored a goal and Katherine Mitchell had an assist on the game-winner for the 4-4 Elis. Maureen Mogauran saved 33 of 34 shots.

For the 2-6-1 Mules, Julie Collard scored a goal. Kay Cowperthwaite and Kate Diana each had an assist. In goal, Dina Cloutier had 8 saves on 10 shots.
