Board of Appeals

ELLSWORTH — The Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing to be followed by its regular meeting at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 24, in Council Chambers at City Hall. The agenda includes public hearings and requests for the following: request of Janet and Harlie Costain for a variance to build a 12-by-20 deck on the water side of their cottage at Green Lake, map 124, lot 23, within 75 feet of the water; a request of Barbara and Cuthbert Train for a variance to the minimum lot requirement in order to offer for sale a buildable lot on Oak Street, map 136, lot 149; and a request of Mary Golden and Donna Hall for a variance of the setback requirement in order to build a garage 20 feet from the rear line of their property at Green Lake, map 114-84, lot 69.
