Outlook: There was a time when this late-season matchup would have meant something. Not this year. Maine is the premier team in the NAC, Northeastern is the cellar dweller. The Black Bears routed the Huskies 62-44 earlier in the season. And that was without Bouchard, who was sick. Maine is still minus bench people Stacie Alley (day-to-day, knee), Tammi Smith (day-to-day, stress fracture), and Katti Towle (out for season, ankle).

HUSSON vs. BATES

Time, site: Wednesday, 7:30 p.m., Newman Gymnasium, Bangor

Records: Husson 19-6, Bates 12-5

Outlook: Final game of regular season for the Braves, who in one week will begin NAIA Dist. 5 playoffs. Bates boasts two 1,000 career point scorers with one other (Shibles) closing in on that mark. Bates will be without forward Julie Roche (20.6 ppg), who has a cracked bone in her foot and is listed as day-to-day.
