Steven Jordan, 24, Caribou, habitual motor vehicle offender, 11 months 29 days in jail; operating motor vehicle while under influence of intoxicating liquor, 11 months 29 days in jail, sentences to be served concurrently.

Manuel Dubay, 22, Mars Hill, gross sexual misconduct, three years in jail, all but six months two weeks suspended, two years probation.

Daniel F. Caldwell, 21, Mars Hill, operating motor vehicle after license suspension, 10 days in jail; unauthorized use of property, three counts; first count, 10 days in jail; second count, 20 days in jail; third count, 10 days in jail; burglary, two counts; first count, six months in jail; second count, two years in jail, all but six months suspended, two years probation; aggravated criminal mischief, six months in jail, sentences to be served concurrently.

Jerry L. Monahan, 21, Fort Fairfield, terrorizing, 29 days in jail; theft, five days in jail, sentences to be served concurrently with a District Court sentence.

Carroll Harris, 53, Washburn, unlawful sexual contact, 11 months in jail, all but four months suspended, one year probation.

Carlene Dumond, 39, Fort Kent, theft, eight months in jail, all but 30 days suspended, one year probation.

Robert J. Williams, 25, Presque Isle, burglary, 18 months in jail, all but six months suspended, one year probation; theft, two months in jail, sentences to be served concurrently.

Charles Droptiny, 29, Presque Isle, burglary, 20 months in jail, all but 90 days suspended, one year probation, $500; theft, 30 days in jail.

Elena Droptiny, 32, Presque Isle, burglary, 18 months in jail, all but 60 days supended, one year probation, $500; theft, 30 days in jail.

Sean J. Ouellette, 19, Caribou, burglary, two counts; first count, three years in jail, all but 14 months suspended; second count, nine months in jail; theft, two counts, first count, 30 days in jail; second count, 60 days in jail, sentences to be served concurrently.

Timothy McGraw, 26, Caribou, burglary, 10 months in jail; theft, 30 days in jail, sentences to be served concurrently.

Richard S. Clukey, 39, Presque Isle operating a motor vehicle while under influence of intoxicating liquor, 48 hours in jail, 90-day license suspension, $500.

Douglas H. Gough, 22, Mapleton, operating after license suspension, two counts; first count, 15 days in jail, $500; second count, 15 days in jail, $500, sentences to be concurrently.

David A. Libby, 19, Limestone, exceeding posted speed limit, $125; unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, $500.
