HOULTON — Applications are being accepted for the 1991 Miss Greater Houlton Scholarship Pageant. The pageant is open to residents of the Greater Houlton area who will be at least 17 years old by the end of June and not more that 26 years old. All contestants must be high school graduates or graduating by June. Applications and official rules are available at the Houlton Chamber of Commerce office and at Houlton, Hodgdon and Southern Aroostook high schools. All applications must be returned to the Chamber of Commerce by Friday, April 12.
