WASHBURN — Under the direction of board President Wilmont Flewelling, more than 20 people attended the recent annual meeting of the Washburn Regional Health Center in the town’s civic center. After officers presented their respective reports, all of which reflected increasing activities at the center over the past year, Deborah Adams, registered nurse and cardiac nurse clinician at The Aroostook Medical Center and an American Heart Associate, Maine Affiliate Inc., board member, presented a program titled “Women and Heart Disease.”
