The free workshop will include information on improving grassland and pastures while protecting natural resources.

PEMBROKE — The Washington County Soil and Water Conservation District will co-sponsor a pasture management workshop at 10 a.m. Saturday, June 1, at Yellow Birch Farm on Leighton Point Road.

The free workshop will include information on improving grassland and pastures while protecting natural resources. Individuals considering building fences or who want to control livestock and predators are urged to attend.
