CLEVELAND – Bowdoin College of Brunswick sophomore Eileen Hunt, a native of Island Falls, finished sixth in the 3,000-meter run at the NCAA Division III National Championship track meet here Friday.

Hunt, who finished with a time of 10:05.4, was also named to the NCAA Div. III All-American team. She also won All-America honors last year as a cross country runner. Hunt graduated from Southern Aroostook High School in Dyer Brook in 1989.

Friday was the second of the three-day meet.
