SOUTHWEST HARBOR — Five author talks and book signings remain in a summer series sponsored by OZ Books of Southwest Harbor to benefit the Southwest Harbor Public Library.

At 2 p.m. Saturday, June 22, illustrator Jan Brett will sign Edward Lear’s classic “The Owl and the Pussycat,” at OZ Books.

Claudia Bepko and Jo-Ann Krestanall will discuss “Too Good for Her Own Good,” at 7:30 p.m. July 22, at Gilley Museum.

Barbara Cooney, award-winning children’s book author and illustrator, will discuss “Hattie and the Wild Waves,” at 7:30 p.m., July 24, at Gilley Museum.

Gail Gibbons, a writer of non-fiction for children, will discuss “The Puffins Are Back,” at 7:30 p.m. Aug. 5, at St. John’s Episcopal Church.

Avi, author of “Windcatcher,” will discuss the book at 7:30 p.m. Aug. 14, at Gilley Museum.
