CAMDEN — The Parks and Recreation Department will sponsor a final series of dog obedience classes at Tuesday, Aug. 20, at Ragged Mountain. The basic course, which covers heeling on leash, coming when called, and sitting, lying down and staying on command, will be taught by Cheryl Roberts of Dogworks in Lincolnville. Cost of the six-week course is $45, which includes a leash and properly fitted collar. Dogs must be at least 4 months old and have all immunizations, including rabies. To register, call 236-3438.
