DEDHAM, Mass. – Brewer’s Barry Ivers, now 80 years of age, added two more meet records to his impressive list of master’s track and field marks on Saturday, winning his age division in two sprint events.

Competing at the 10th annual Reebok Boston Masters Track and Field Meet at Northeastern University’s Solomon Track, Ivers won the 100-meter dash in 15.8 seconds (15.4 seconds is the world record) and the 200-meter dash in 32.9 seconds (32.3, WR).

This was Ivers’ first outdoor master’s meet this season.
