John E. Rorabaugh, 20, Rockland, unlawful furnishing of scheduled drugs, 30 days in jail; theft, 30 days in jail, defendant to be given credit for time served, restitution of $333.41; criminal mischief, 30 days in jail, sentence to run concurrent with previous sentences, credit for time served.

Troy Weaver, 27, Rockland, violation of condition of release, five days in jail; assault, 25 days in jail, sentence to run concurrent with previous sentence.

Darren Elwell, 24, Spruce Head, possession of marijuana, continued for sentencing.

Darren L. Hickey, 21, Rockland, uninspected motor vehicle, $45.

Francis D. Bowen, 18, Rockland, violation of learner’s permit, $60; unauthorized use of property, $200.

Joanne R. Stacey, 33, Brunswick, driving to endanger, $500, license suspended for 30 days.

Margaret E. Barclay, 31, Camden, dog not restrained in public, $50.
