Linda Michaud, 32, 168 Cooper St., Manchester Conn., speeding, $125.

John Belanger, 25, Baker Brook, New Brunswick, no medical certificate, $50.

Barbara H. Dubois, 37, Fort Kent, dog at large, $25.

Thomas W. Reilly, 29, RR 3, Fort Kent, speeding, $90; failure to provide evidence of insurance, $50.

Michael G. Nadeau, 38, 261 McIntyre Court, Valparaiso, In., operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor, $300, 48 hours in jail, license suspended for 90 days.

Wayne Bernier, 25, Soldier Pond, leaving the scene of an accident, $200; failure to provide evidence of insurance, dismissed.

Craig Morneault, 17, Route 2, Fort Kent, unnecessary noise with tires, $50.

Brenton Levesque, 22, RR 3, Fort Kent, failure to display current and valid certificate of inspection, $60.

Vaughn Plourde, 26, Eagle Lake, fishing without a license, $80.

Lisa Theriault, 28, St. Agatha, failure to pay parkling ticket, $25.

Ed Pelletier and Sons Company, Madawaska, aggravated excessive operation in excess of gross-weight limit (two counts), first count $1,410, second count $1,530; operating in excess of axle-weight limit, $485.
