Eric Hawthorne, 20, Newport, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor, $400, 72 hours in jail, license suspended for 90 days.

Kevin Ouellette, 34, Burnham, assault, 30 days in jail, suspended, one year probation; violation of protection from abuse, $250.

Laurie M. Waters, 36, Bradford, burning without permit, $100.
