The following cases were heard the week of Aug. 19, by Judge David B. Griffiths in 2nd District Court at Houlton:

Frederick K. Annett, 62, Houlton, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor, $350, license suspended for 90 days.

Donald R. Caron, 30, Van Buren, drinking intoxicating liquor while operating a motor vehicle, $75.

Andrew J. Cassidy, 18, Houlton, illegal transportation of liquor by a minor, license suspended for 30 days; speeding (two counts), first count $100, second count $90, .

Stanley J. Doane, 19, Houlton, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor, $300, license suspended for 90 days; illegal transportation of liquor by a minor, license suspended for 30 days.

Stephen E. Foster, 20, Houlton, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor, $750, six months in jail, license suspended for two years; operating after suspension, $350, 60 days in jail to be served concurrently with the previous sentence, license suspended for three years; driving to endanger, 60 days in jail, sentence to be served concurrently with the previous sentences, license suspended for 60 days.

Beverly Gantnier, 23, Sherman Station, operating without a license, $60.

Brian D. Goodall, 26, Houlton, operating after suspension, $350, license suspended for 90 days.

Jody S. Hammond, 19, Houlton, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor, $350, license suspended for 90 days.

Max W. Hogan, 28, Monticello, imprudent speed, $150.

Robert Littlefield, 21, Mars Hill, failure to possess proof of insurance, $50.

Wesley Margison, 27, Houlton, child not using safety belt, $25.

Wendy L. Muise, 25, Danforth, negotiating a worthless instrument, $150.
