Helen Bennett, 19, Brownville, falsifying application for state identification, $150.

Lisa Bishop, 24, Bangor, disorderly conduct, $100; illegal possession of drug paraphernalia, $100.

Richard L. Bond, 48, Eliot, failure to stop at weighing point, $350, suspended.

Steve Cammack, 21, Brewer, public indecency, 60 days in jail, suspended, six months probation, special condition of counseling to satisfaction of Probation and Parole, must successfully complete Hope House Program.

Linwood Clark, 16, Kenduskeag, speeding 75 mph in 45-mph zone, $125.

Keith Cloukey, 29, Orrington, operating motor vehicle while under influence of intoxicating liquor, 60 days in jail, all but 10 days suspended, one-year probation, with special conditions of no use or possession of alcohol, random tests and searches, counseling and-or Alcoholics Anonymous to satisfaction of Probation and Parole, $500 fine to be paid within 90 days, one-year license suspension.

Anthony Colford, 23, Bangor, operating motor vehicle while under influence of intoxicating liquor, seven days in jail, 90-day license suspension, $500.

John F. Connelly, 32, Branchville, N.J., falsifying logbook, $300.

Carlton L. Davenport, 23, Colchester, Vt., operating motor vehicle while under influence of intoxicating liquor, 90-day license suspension, $350.

Chris T. Davis, 22, Bangor, failure to stop for officer, $200.

Michelle Dorsey, 22, Old Town, speeding 52 mph in 25-mph zone, $125; displaying expired certificate of inspection, $60.

Michael R. Doughty, 16, Hampden, speeding 64 mph in 35-mph zone, $125.

Robert Dunn, 21, Bangor, operating motor vehicle while under influence of intoxicating liquor, 48 hours in jail, 90-day license suspension, $350.

Maysoon El-Yousef, 27, Orono, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $200.

Charles Emerson, 45, Brewer, operating motor vehicle after suspension, $200.

Jason W. Friedman, 21, Merrick, N.Y., operating motor vehicle while under influence of intoxicating liquor, 90-day license suspension, $350.

Kevin Gilbert, 27, Bangor, operating motor vehicle after suspension, $150.

Michael Gilman, 23, Bangor, operating motor vehicle while under influence of intoxicating liquor, 60 days in jail, all but 10 days suspended, one-year probation, special conditions of no use or possession of alcohol, random tests and-or searches, counseling and-or Alcoholics Anonymous to satisfaction of Probation and Parole, $500 fine to be paid within eight months, one-year license suspension.

Jeffrey P. Goins, 19, Middletown, N.Y., operating motor vehicle while under influence of intoxicating liquor, 48 hours in jail, 90-day license suspension, $500 fine to be paid at rate of $20 a day to county treasurer.

Dwight Greenleaf, 61, Bangor, two counts of criminal trespass, criminal mischief, receiving stolen property, violation of condition of release. Received the same sentence for each count: 180 days in jail, all but 30 days suspended, credit for time served, one-year probation with special conditions of no use or possession of alcohol, random tests and-or searches, counseling and-or Alcoholics Anonymous to satisfaction of Probation and Parole

Daniel Johnson, 30, Bangor, assault, 60 days in jail, all but 48 hours suspended, one-year probation with special conditions of counseling to satisfaction of Probation and Parole, no use or possession of alcohol while in Penobscot County.

Kristin A. Johnson, 19, Bangor, two counts of negotiating worthless instrument, $150 and $75.

Melissa A. Keezer, 20, East Holden, illegal transportation of liquor by minor, 20-day license suspension.

Alanna Lane, 26, Bangor, disorderly conduct, 30 days in jail, suspended, six months probation with special conditions of no use or possession of alcohol, random tests and searches, counseling to satisfaction of Probation and Parole.

Lisa M. Leblond, 28, Bangor, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $100.

Romeo Leger, 48, Naples, operating motor vehicle after suspension and failure to appear, $250.

Denise L. Leighton, 18, Winterport, illegal possession of liquor by minor, $100.

Kevin Lippincott, 21, Brewer, speeding 82 mph in 55-mph zone, $125.

Richard McAlister, 21, Millinocket, operating motor vehicle while under influence of intoxicating liquor, 48 hours in jail, 90-day license suspension, $350.

Stephanie McCarty, 28, Bangor, speeding 47 mph in 30-mph zone, $150.

Charles Miller, 29, Bangor, assault, 90 days in jail, all but 10 days suspended, one year probation with special condition of no contact with victim, counseling to satisfaction of Probation and Parole.

William L. Munson, 32, Bangor, speeding 51 mph in 25-mph zone, $125.

Dana E. Peirce, 21, Brewer, assault, 180 days in jail, all but 48 hours suspended, one year probation with special condition of no use or possession of alcohol, random test and-or searches to satisfaction of Probation and Parole, counseling for substance abuse and violence to satisfaction of Probation and Parole.
