Sherry L. Robinson, 21, Stonington, operating motor vehilce while under influence of intoxicating liquor, $400, 48 hours in jail, jail reimbursement fee of $20 a day, license suspended 90 days.

Charles C. Schoen, 57, Atlanta, Ga., fishing without license, $80.

Colin F. Smith Jr., 32, Steuben, operating motor vehicle while under influence of intoxicating liquor, $600, 60 days in jail, all but seven days suspended, probation for one year with alcoholic counseling to satisfaction of Probation and Parole, license suspended 90 days.

Dana D. Smith, 31, Fort Myers, Fla., operating motor vehicle after suspension of license, $100.

Jeffrey Steele, 35, Ellsworth, assault, 90 days in jail, all but seven days suspended, probation with special conditions for one year.

Zeke M. Thompson, 19, Holmes Beach, Fla., illegal transportation of liquor by minor, license suspended 20 days; unnecessary noise with horn or tires, $50.

Donald J. Travers, 40, Andover, Mass., violation of number, weight or size of fish, $70.

Donald A. Tripp, 37, Belfast, undersized clams, $125.
