The Penobscot County grand jury has indicted the following:

Michael Allen, 19, Bangor, five counts each of burglary and theft.

Daniel Bragg, 24, Bangor, violation of a condition of bail, burglary and assault; two counts of criminal mischief.

Merle J. Bruce, 38, Winterport, being habitual traffic offender, assault, operating motor vehicle while under influence of intoxicating liquor.

John E. Burns Jr., 48, Glenburn, aggravated trafficking in marijuana, aggravated trafficking in marijuana in excess of 2 pounds.

Wayne Crosby, 25, East Millinocket, burglary to motor vehicle, theft.

Marilyn Denner, 34, Orrington, burglary, theft.

John Everett, 20, Stetson, theft.

Ralph Fitzmaurice, 25, Bangor, theft, two counts forgery.

Ernest Flaherty, 24, Bangor, assault.

Michael Gifford, 28, Lincoln, trafficking in, furnishing and possession of Schedule W drug.

Ronald Goff, 39, Hancock County Jail, two counts each of burglary and theft.

Michael Green, 19, Glenburn, theft.

Charles L. Hall Jr., 26, Bangor, two counts of aggravated assault.

Timothy Harriman, 32, Stetson, theft.

Michael Hasenbank, 38, Orrington, burglary and theft.

Scott J. Jordan, 25, Caribou, driving to endanger, speeding more than 30 mph over posted limit; two counts each of eluding officer, failure to stop for officer, and operating motor vehicle after license suspension.

Daniel Lagasse, 22, Milford, burglary and theft.

Philip LeBretton, 19, Brewer, six counts each of burglary and theft.

Mark Nevers, 31, Hampden, assault and gross sexual assault.

Bryant E. Nickerson, 37, Stillwater, being habitual traffic offender, failure to stop for officer.

Thomas Platt, 22, Penobscot County Jail, forgery and two counts each of burglary, theft, ancillary theft.

Shirley Provost, 65, transient, burglary to motor vehicle, theft, ancillary theft.

Gregory D. Smith, 21, Bangor, two counts of acquiring drugs by deception.

David C. Stelling, 33, Bath, being habitual traffic offender, operating motor vehicle while under influence of intoxicating liquor, failure to give correct name and address.

Lawrence Stinson, 31, Bangor, burglary to a motor vehicle, theft.

Nicholas Thibodeau, 32, Old Town, burglary and theft.

Charles H. Williams, 45, Bangor, two counts each of burglary and theft.

Dale Wood, 18, theft, ancillary theft.

The following were charged with being a habitual traffic offender and operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor:
