The Brewer Recreation Department and volunteer organizers need volunteers to help build a new farm league baseball field at Washington Street School in Brewer. Construction will take place Thursday, Oct. 10, through Saturday, Oct. 12 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day. Light equipment such as rakes, garden hoses, shovels and wheelbarrows will be needed.
