The following individuals were sentenced Oct. 7 in Aroostook County Superior Court by Justice Paul T. Pierson.

Larry Robert, 29, Presque Isle, two counts of receiving stolen property, five months in jail, to be served concurrently with a Massachusetts sentence; burglary, one year in jail, to be served concurrently. Sentence a joint recommendation of state and defense.

Neal W. McEarchern, 22, Monticello, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor, 48 hours in jail, 90-day license suspension, $500.

Joseph F. Ringuette, 38, Caribou, receiving stolen property, $100. Sentence a joint state and defense recommendation.
