ROCKLAND — The following small-claims cases were heard last week in 6th District Court:

Legrand’s Land Phase I Association, Camden, vs. Robert J. Levine, Spruce Head. Judgment for plaintiff, after hearing, $63.67 plus $16.73 costs.

Megunticook Gramophone & Radio, doing business as Coast 102.5-FM, Camden, vs. Thad Grotton Jr., doing business as Spanky’s Place, South Thomaston. Judgment for defendant, after hearing.

Stanley W. Carleton Jr., Rockland, vs. Jennifer Ward, Shaw’s Market, Rockland. Judgment for plaintiff, by agreement, $288.76.

Eastern Tire Service, Rockland, vs. Andrew Dehlinger, Thomaston. Judgment for plaintiff, by default, $531.29 plus $35 costs.

Higgins Tavern Inc., Dale M. Andrews, Camden, vs. Spanky’s Inc., Thad Grotton Jr., doing business as Spanky’s II, South Thomaston. Dismissed without prejudice.

Samuel G. Cohen, Waldoboro, vs. Julie Pitcher, Warren. Judgment for plaintiff, by default, $593 plus $72.41 costs.

Home Healthcare Store Inc., Rockland, vs. Melody L. York, Thomaston. Judgment for plaintiff, by default, $103.48 plus $35 costs.

C.N. Brown Co., Rockland, vs. Raymond Gushee, Union. Judgment for plaintiff, by default, $112.40 plus $77.13 costs.

Maritime Energy, Rockland, was awarded separate judgments against the following: Cathy Stile, Washington, by default, $573.79 plus $71.49 costs; Darren Cox, Warren, by default, $492.67 plus $20 costs.
