Stephen Gilman, 23, Bangor, assault, 30 days in jail, all but seven days suspended.

Debbie Goody, 35, Brewer, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $100.

Charles S. Graham, 20, Orono, illegal possession of liquor by minor, $100.

Dwight Greenleaf, 61, Bangor, criminal trespass, 60 days in jail, concurrent with present sentence.

James M. Groves, 61, Nashua, N.H., failure to stop at weighing point, $100.

Raymond E. Ham, 21, East Lebanon, failure to stop at weighing point, $100.

Linwood Hamilton, 25, Bangor, operating motor vehicle after suspension, seven days in jail, one-year license suspension, $350.

Norma J. Houston, 40, operating motor vehicle while under influence of intoxicating liquor, three days in jail, 90-day license suspension, $350.

Michael T. Hughes, 20, Bangor, illegal possession of liquor by minor, $100.

Billy S. Johnson, 32, Old Town, operating motor vehicle after suspension, $125.

David W. Kennedy, 23, Sherman Mills, speeding 92 mph in 65-mph zone, $125.

Eric Kennedy, 48, Bangor, violation of condition of release, 30 days in jail, suspended; assault, 30 days in jail, all but 24 hours suspended, one-year probation, with special condition of no contact with victim.

Estelle A. Levesque, 49, Bradley, speeding 51 mph in 25-mph zone, $125.

Wilmer McNeely, 23, Old Town, disorderly conduct, 15 days in jail, credit for six days served; criminal trespass, nine days in jail, concurrent; failure to appear, nine days in jail, concurrent; violation of condition of release, nine days in jail, concurrent.

Kevin G. Nickerson, 24, Belfast, operating motor vehicle while under influence of intoxicating liquor, nine months in jail, all but 90 days suspended, one-year probation with special conditions of alcohol counseling to satisfaction of probation and parole board, abstinence from alcohol, defendant to submit to random testing, two-year license suspension.

Donald W. Smith, 21, Bangor, speeding 52 mph in 25-mph zone, $125.

Paul E. Stanley, 24, Mount Desert, operating motor vehicle while under influence of intoxicating liquor, 17 days in jail, bailed for $1,000 cash to report to Penobscot County Jail, one-year license suspension, $500; operating motor vehicle after suspension, seven days in jail, concurrent, one-year license suspension, $350, suspended.
