PORTLAND – Paul Peterson scored 24 points to help pace the host Westbook College Wildcats to a 93-83 men’s basketball victory over the University of Maine-Farmington here Tuesday.

Gary Kuhn scored 17 points for the 4-1 Wildcats. Ted Quinn had 14 points and J.P. Fennessy added 13.

For the 1-2 Beavers, Kevin Shaw scored 22 points to lead the way. Doug Sautter and Paul True each scored 13 points. Dan Heater had 12.
