MACHIAS — The following cases were processed in southern division of 4th District Court in Machias during November:

Linda Snyder, 28, Addison, criminal mischief, 10 days in the Washington County jail; making a false public alarm or report, 10 days jail, concurrent.

Richard Jacques, 25, Gouldsboro, two counts each of operating a motor vehicle after license was suspended and of failure to produce evidence of insurance, and one count of possession or display of a suspended or revoked driver’s license or permit, $650 total fines.

Barry Frost, 25, Cherryfield, harvesting shellfish in a closed area, $100.

Joan Bailey, 58, Columbia Falls, failure to produce evidence of insurance, $50; speeding, $90.

John D. Polley, 19, Machias, illegal possession of liquor by a minor, $100; assault, 30 days jail with all suspended, one-year probation with conditions.

Henry M. Stanley, 37, Campobello Island, New Brunswick, criminal trespass, $100.

Andrew Nuzzo, 24, Bucks Harbor, assault, 72 hours jail; violation of condition of release, 24 hours jail, concurrent.

Albert Bergmann, 60, Eastport, failure of left-turning vehicle to yield right-of-way, $75.

Stephen J. Geel, 27, Jonesport, unplugged shotgun, $100.

Aaron Tilton, 30, Harrington, operating an unregistered all-terrain vehicle, $50.

Betty L. Martin, 55, Milbridge, possession of undersized shellfish or clams, $125.

Jovita P. Mercado, 22, East Machias, passing stopped schoolbus while the bus lights were flashing, $250.

Emery N. West, 19, Milbridge, loaded firearm in a motor vehicle or trailer, $100.

Ronald Wright, 18, Machiasport, criminal mischief, 48 hours jail.

George A. Knowles, 16, Alexander, leaving the scene of personal injury accident, $100.

Steve R. Goslin, 35, Enfield, Conn., hunting without hunter-orange clothing, $50.

Rodney S. Perry, 28, Columbia Falls, scallop violations, $256 total fines.

Walter M. Howland, 24, Holliston, Mass., leaving the scene of a property-damage accident, $75.

Operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor: Shane R. McCollum, 23, AlwayNilina, Hawaii, license suspended six months C.
