Five players scored in double figures to lead the Eastern Maine Technical College Eagles to an 80-67 men’s basketball victory over the University of New Brunswick-Saint John at the Johnston Gym in Bangor Friday night.

For the 11-5 Eagles, Bill Owens had 17 points and 12 rebounds. Jimmy Card had 14 points and 12 rebounds, and Anthony Davis had 13 points. Aaron Weed and Ralph Flagg each added 10 points.

The Eagles moved to 6-1 in the Maine Small College Conference.

Jamie Dobbelskyn had 22 points, Rod McNutt added 13, Scott Messer had 12, and Neil Armstrong scored 10.
